1 arrested in San Jose homicide

San Jose had its third homicide of the year when a gunshot victim died at a local hospital on Saturday. 

According to San Jose Police Department, officers responded to a walk-in gunshot victim at a hospital on Friday. They learned that the victim was shot at a house in the 200 block of Pepper Way. 

The victim succumbed to his injuries on Saturday afternoon. 

SJPD made an arrest, and the suspect’s identity will be disclosed soon. 

This is San Jose’s third homicide this year.
