1 dead in shooting outside Lake Merritt BART station

A shooting outside the Lake Merritt BART station on Tuesday left one person dead. 

According to the BART police, a male suspect was arrested for the shooting. 

The shooting occurred after 2:30 p.m. by the bus zone near the Lake Merritt station.
