2 arrested for allegedly shooting two people in July

San Jose police have arrested two people in connection to the shooting and killing of a juvenile and injuring a man in July. 

According to the police, they arrested Rodolfo Stagi, 19, of San Jose, and a juvenile on August 25 in Morgan Hill. 

On July 8, at around 8:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting near E.William and S. 10th streets. 

At the scene, officers found an adult male and a juvenile suffering from gunshot wounds.

They were taken to the hospital with the adult suffering from non-life-threatening injuries while the juvenile victim was pronounced deceased. 

The suspects were booked on suspicion of homicide and attempted homicide charges at Santa Clara County Main Jail and Juvenile Hall.
