Two people are killed, and one was left injured after three separate shootings in Oakland Sunday morning.
According to the Oakland Police Department, the shootings happened between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Shooting 1
The first shooting happened before 1:30 a.m. near E. 15h Street and 20th Avenue.
Officers found a victim with at least one gunshot wound at the scene.
OPD said the victim was taken to the hospital and is in critical but stable condition.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Shooting 2
The second shooting happened near 17th Street and San Pablo Avenue.
A victim was injured and suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Medical crew provided aid but the person died on the scene.
As of Sunday afternoon, no arrests have been made.
The victim’s identity has yet to be disclosed.
Shooting 3
The third shooting happened before 6 a.m. on the 9200 block of E Street. Officers arrived on the scene and located a victim with at least one gunshot wound.
Life-saving measures were performed but the victim died on the scene.
No arrests have been made.
