Two dead in a crash in San Mateo County on Tuesday evening.
According to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, the crash was a head-on collision on Highway 1 at Bean Hollow Road near Pescadero.
Two vehicles were retrieved from a lagoon after the wreck.
The crash was reported to the police at about 6:40 p.m., and rescue teams were dispatched at 7:30 p.m.
There is no information on how many occupants were inside the vehicles. However, one severely injured victim was taken to the hospital.
