2 injured after I-580 shooting in Oakland

Two people were injured after a shooting on I-580 in Oakland Saturday afternoon. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, around 4:03 p.m., officers were dispatched to a shooting on the westbound lanes near Seminary Drive. 

At the scene, police found an abandoned vehicle that had been hit by at least one bullet. 

CHP said a separate vehicle on the eastbound lane was struck by gunfire, but no one was injured. 

Two shooting victims took themselves to the hospital and were listed in stable condition.
