3-year-old abducted from Millbrae found in Mexico

1 min read

Three-year-old Andrea Flores was believed to be abducted by her father on New Year’s Day. On January 7, one week after her alleged abduction, she was found in Mexico and reunited with her family.

Andrea went missing between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on January 1 during a planned visit with her father, 33-year-old Victor Flores-Enriquez.

A child custody order allows Florez-Enriquez to visit his daughter three times a week in a public place. According to officials, Florez-Enriquez did not return Andrea to her grandmother after that day’s visit.

Andrea’s successful recovery was due to an investigation between the SMCSO, FBI, and Mexican authorities.
