Before this year ends, customers can expect more Disney stores inside Target locations.

The expansion of its Disney-branded merchandise was announced by the retailer on Monday.

Target will be stuffing its more than 160 stores with additional Disney toys and costumes before the holiday season, in its recent shift from a big box store to provide both experiences and incentives.

In addition, the retailer said it will work with FAO Schwarz, an ideal New York City toy retailer, for a year of providing a select 70-piece toy collection that includes items like Barbie, Paw Patrol and LEGO.

Target also announced that it will facilitate a pop-shop up in the FAO Schwarz’s flagship Rockefeller Center store.

“Target continues to be a top toy destination for all families, and we’re pleased to offer unique experiences and a curated toy assortment that brings joy to parents and children of all ages,” Target’s senior vice president Nik Nayar said in a statement. “We’re seeing more guests shop for toys at Target than ever before.”

In October last 2019, Target began unveiling in-store Disney shops in its 25 locations placed near its clothing and kid’s toy sections. Here, Disney movie clips and games provide interactive Disney shopping, FOX Business reported.

Several retailers are beginning to post brand offerings for next year. Macy last week said that it will be working with Toys R Us to welcome toy stores inside its department stores. Kohl’s, a clothing retailer, also partnered with Sephora to place makeup sections inside its stores.
