Two vehicles were involved in a freeway shooting on westbound Highway 24 near Lafayette Wednesday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the shooting occurred around 11 a.m., near Pleasant Hill Road.
One of the suspect vehicles caused a collision with an uninvolved vehicle.
Both vehicles involved in the shooting fled the scene and no injuries were reported.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
