Loren Kidd screams out in pain after being pepper sprayed during a conflict with Trump supporters and “Proud Boys” at the Capitol in Sacramento on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020. “They came right at me, pulled my mask off, and kept spraying before the police came to break it up,” said Kidd.

Last November 4, Trump supporters and counterprotesters clash at a pro-Trump rally at the Capitol in Sacramento. In the heat of the conflict, Trump supporters dressed as “Proud Boys” were seen screaming and yelling and started to roar out of nowhere according to Maddox who is a counter protester in an interview with The Sacramento Bee.

She said, “And suddenly they pulled out these huge cans of mace and just sprayed it over the entire crowd.” She also added that even when they were backing away and grabbing each other, the guys kept on spraying.

The police came in and shooed the Trump supporters away. Some counter protesters who were injured from the incident were given first aid.
