Earthquake Rocks Los Angeles County, California

A minor, magnitude 3.5 earthquake shook Willowbrook, Los Angeles County, California, USA, with officials recording the tremor during the morning of Wednesday at around 8:31 a.m. local time with a depth of 12 miles underground.

Minor Earthquake

The United States Geological Survey was the first seismological agency to report the quake. At the same time, the monitoring system of the Volcano Discovery identified a second report from the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), which reported the earthquake as 3.5-magnitude as well, Volcano Discovery reported.
