A food delivery driver was arrested after police said he forcefully entered a Centra San Jose motel room and sexually assaulted a female juvenile on October 21.
The assault happened on Saturday at a motel on the 1000 block of The Alameda.
The Sexual Assault Investigations Unit detectives immediately launched an investigation and identified Sandeep Sandeep, 21, as the primary suspect.
Later the same evening, Sandeep was located and arrested by San Jose police.
Sandeep was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for assault with intent to commit a sex crime, sexual battery, and false imprisonment.
