Four suspects have been arrested in connection to a home invasion robbery that took place when a male victim met a woman from a dating app.

According to the Berkeley Police Department, they received a call at 1:18 a.m. Monday. The victim had agreed to meet a woman on a dating app at around midnight.

The victim is a student in his 20s and arranged to meet a woman at his apartment near the UC Berkeley campus. When he opened the door to let the woman in, three male suspects were with her, forced their way in, threatened him with a gun, and robbed him.

Berkeley PD confirmed that all four suspects were later arrested. They were identified as a 19-year-old man, two juveniles, and a 17-year-old female.

Cash and electronics were stolen from the victim.
