In-N-Out stabbing suspect arrested

The suspect in the In-N-Out stabbing on Friday has been identified and arrested. 

On August 25, multiple individuals were detained and linked to the stabbing incident that occurred at 11:12 p.m. at the In-N-Out located at 3001 Mission College Blvd. 

Among those detained was Gage Anthony Bryand, 27, who was later identified as the suspect after police reviewed video footage of the stabbing. 

At the time of this determination, Bryand was already in custody in Santa Clara County Main Jail.
