The West siblings were missing since December 21, 2020, and members of a community search party discovered the bag on Saturday. Orson and Orrin West have been missing since the night of December 21, 2020.

The West’s home residence had become a memorial site for the community members hoping for the boys’ safe return. Several items, like candles, stuffed animals, and gift bags, were placed on the home’s front.

It has been nearly two weeks since the West siblings were reported missing. The community search party members found several items that can be related to the boys’ case.

The search party was organized by owners of the Greenstone marijuana dispensary on Saturday afternoon. The team included several residents from California and the surrounding areas.

The members gave the Christmas gift bag with one of the boys’ names and the clothing items to the police for further analysis. The California City Police Department has not yet confirmed if they have received the items on Saturday, and it was still unclear how the things ended up in the desert near the residence.

A $20,000 reward to anyone with information about the boys was put up by the owners of Greenstone and Preferred Towing, KGET reported.
