Major traffic crash closes State Route 4 in Antioch, 1 severely injured

The eastbound State Route 4 on-ramp is closed from Contra Loma Boulevard after a traffic crash Tuesday. 

According to California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 2:30 p.m. and at least one person has major injuries.
