Man arrested for allegedly stabbing wife to death in Santa Rosa

A Santa Rosa man was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly stabbing his wife to death.

The suspect was identified as Tunoa Meo, 51. 

According to Santa Rosa Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of McBride Lane due to a report of a stabbing. They found the victim inside the apartment with multiple stab wounds. 

The victim was taken to the hospital, where she, unfortunately, died. 

Police found Meo at the scene and took him into custody. 

Investigation reveals that Meo and the victim got into a physical argument. Meo ended up stabbing his wife. 

Meo was booked into Sonoma County Jail on a count of murder. 

The victim’s name will be disclosed after her family is notified.
