Man dead, 2 suspects on the run in Pleasanton stabbing

Pleasanton police are looking for two people in connection to a man stabbed to death on Monday morning. 

According to the Pleasanton Police Department, the stabbing happened at 10:31 a.m. on the 5700 block of Owens Drive and resulted from an attempted robbery. 

The suspects wore ski masks and were last seen running from the crime scene. 

PPD believes the stabbing was an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public. Anyone with information is asked to call PPD at (925) 931-5107.
