Man dies after being hit by dump truck

A man died after being hit by two vehicles on Monday morning. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, at 5:45 a.m on Monday, officers were called to a crash on Todd Road near Moorland Avenue. When authorities arrived at the scene, the man was pronounced dead. 

CHP’s initial investigation indicates that a man was hunched over or possibly crawling on Todd Road when a dump truck traveling east collided with him. After this, a Chevrolet truck heading west also hit him.
