More than 50 iPhones stolen in multiple burglaries at Apple Store in Berkeley

Two burglaries hit the Apple Store in Berkeley within six days. 

According to the Berkeley Police Department, over 50 iPhones were stolen after a burglary last Friday evening and Wednesday morning at a store at 1823 4th St. 

Around 10:02 a.m. Wednesday, three suspects entered the Apple store and stole approximately 40 to 50 iPhones from the display counters. 

The suspects fled with a getaway car. 

The Friday incident happened around 5:37 p.m. when five suspects stole 12 iPhones. 

As of Wednesday, no arrests have been made, and BPD did not state the worth of the stolen iPhones.
