The Novato Police Department announced on Tuesday that a local man is missing.

At 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Don Isaac Williams, 61, walked away from Novato Health Care. NPD does not know which direction he was traveling in.

Williams is 5’10, weighs 165 pounds, and has a slender build, gray buzzed hair, blue eyes, and no facial hair.

Police said he has dementia.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue baseball cap with an American flag, a blue sweatshirt, and navy-colored pants.

Marin County Search and Rescue is assisting Novato police with the search. Anyone with information is asked to call NPD at (415) 897-1122.
