The Oakland Police Department is investigating a shooting that killed one person Monday around 3 p.m. in the 500 block of International Boulevard.
According to officers, they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was declared dead at the scene and has not been identified yet.
Homicide investigators took over the case.
