San Francisco police have released photos of a person of interest in a lethal shooting on a Muni Metro train. The incident killed one and injured another.
There were reports on the Citizen app of a possible shooting on a Muni Metro train, but the San Francisco police have not confirmed any details on police activity.
Later, the San Francisco District 7 Supervisor Myrna Melgar confirmed the double-shooting between the Forest Hill and Castro Stations.
She added that two victims were shot, one deceased and the other injured. She said the suspect, who ran out of the train at Castro Station, is being hunted by the authorities.
Late Wednesday night, the police released a photo of a person of interest in the case.
Authorities are asking witnesses of the incident to contact the San Francisco Police Department.
