Taco truck employees robbed at gunpoint in Oakland

Several people were robbed at gunpoint inside a business in Oakland Saturday. 

According to the Oakland Police Department, the robbery happened on the 7700 block of International Boulevard around 9:30 p.m. Officers said two armed individuals entered the business using the front door and robbed several victims. 

All victims gave up their belongings, and the suspects fled the area. 

Police did not confirm the business’s name, but Oakland-based Mi Flor de Jalisco Taco Truck posted to its Instagram page that it was robbed at gunpoint. 

Police are still investigating the incident. Anyone with more information about the robbery is asked to call the OPD Robbery Section at 510-238-3326.
