Two arrested after robbing individual at gunpoint in Pleasanton

Two suspects were arrested in Antioch after robbing an individual at gunpoint in Pleasanton Monday. According to the Pleasanton Police Department, the suspects stole more than $1,000. 

On Monday, the two suspects approached the victim in a Pleasanton neighborhood with a gun while demanding money. According to police, the victim gave them more than $1,000, laptops, and other valuables. 

Detectives reviewed a surveillance video that showed the suspects following their victim into Pleasanton after the victim made a cash withdrawal from an Antioch bank. 

The suspects’ car description was sent out and shortly after, officers were able to locate the vehicle. 

The suspects were detained and identified by the suspect.
