Two California Boys Missing, Authorities Turn To Public For Information

1 min read

There is still no information and lead suspect regarding the West siblings, three-year-old Orson West and four-year-old Orrin West, who were still missing since the night of December 21 after last being seen at their adoptive parents’ home more than a week ago.

The Missing Siblings

In a statement, the California City Police Chief Jon Walker said, “there are things in the works,” as he didn’t want to compromise the investigation. Chief Walker also suspected foul play but did not provide further information on whether he believed that the two missing children were still alive.

As Walker talked and encouraged the public to keep in touch with their department, he said, “We’re accepting any information that you could possibly give us, any tips, we’re following up on everything,”

On the evening of December 21, the West siblings’ adoptive father said he was with the children outside. However, after briefly going inside to store firewood, he got out to find that the two boys were gone, KGET reported.

That night and the following morning, volunteers and the police department joined forces to search for the siblings. And as the days pass, the police department called the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other agencies to help with the case.
