A woman, who filed as “Jane Doe”, claims that she was employed by Soulja Boy as his personal assistant and has accused the rapper of multiple instances of assault and sexual harassment, holding her against her will, and refusing to pay her.

Doe stated that she was hired in December 2018 by Soulja Boy, born DeAndre Cortez Way, and agreed to pay her $500 a week while she lived and worked at his California homes in Malibu and Bell Canyon. She claims in her suit that her responsibilities include cleaning, cooking, chauffeuring and other tasks. She also alleges that less than a month into her employment, Way began sending her unsolicited photos of his penis.

“A brief consensual relationship developed, but it soon devolved into violence,” a press release from Doe’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, reads.

Court document states multiple allegations of sexual assault and physical and verbal abuse. She claims that Way, on many occasions, would “inappropriately touch” her, “forcefully take her pants off and rape her.”

In August 2020, she also details that he locked her in a room for three days without hot water and accused him of attacking her she “thought she was going to die.” Doe also accuses Way of failing to pay her promised wage.

Way has denied the allegations, saying, “I am in contact with my legal team and the appropriate legal action will be taken against these lies.”

Lawsuit after lawsuit filed

Doe’s lawsuit comes after the Kaylar Myers sued Way for assault in January 2020. Myers claims that she had a romantic relationship with way and accuses the rapper of attacking her with a gun outside a party at his Malibu residence on Feb. 1, 2019, saying, “she was going to die that night.”

Aside from that, she also alleges that the rapper tied her up with an extension cord in the garage overnight until she obliged to perform oral sex in exchange for her released. Myer’s lawsuit is still pending.
