A 27-year-old man is arrested on felony charges of possessing child pornography and sending child pornography.
According to the Redwood City Police Department, the suspect, Donovan Rios Rios, has been arrested and booked into San Mateo County Jail.
The department’s Investigations Division has been investigating Rios Rios. They executed a warrant of his residence and electronic items were seized on the premises.
According to police, detectives will be searching the seized devices for any evidence of sexual crimes.
