“Marrying Millions” star Bill Hutchinson is faced with additional allegations following his latest arrest as he was suspected to have sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl in Texas.

Hutchinson, 63, is now facing a pile of fresh charges from two girls, both 16 years old, in California. One of his alleged victims said that he had been “raped” in Laguna Beach last April during a vacation. The incident happened when she was “unconscious,” the victim said.

While an active arrest warrant was up against the developer in Orange County, his legal representative Dan Hagood tagged the teen’s account as “fantastical”. The lawyer said it was said with monetary purpose, TMZ reported.

Hutchinson’s victims said that he has taken advantage of them while they went for vacation two times.

According to Orange County D.A.’s office, Bill has raped one of the 16-year-old girls while she was unconscious, inflicting also four acts of sexual assault against the victim.

Hutchinson has reportedly gone back to his vacation home with the other one as the female he first assaulted denied returning for the second vacation. Also, he allegedly committed sexual battery against the female.

The suspect is now facing one felony count of rape of an unconscious person along with five misdemeanor counts of sexual battery.

Hutchinson will be facing an eight-year jail term in maximum and 2.5 years in Orange County jail if proven guilty.

But his legal defendants, claiming that the alleged victims’ accounts were monetary motivated, said that they will battle the charges in court, Daily Mail reported.

Hutchinson was arrested in Texas last July 6 over the alleged assault charges against a 17-year-old girl in his Highland Park residence last May.
