One injured in Oakland shooting

The Oakland Police Department is investigating a shooting that injured one on Sunday morning. 

Before 2 a.m., officers arrived at the 1900 block of International Boulevard and found a shooting victim. According to the police, the victim was transported to the hospital and in stable condition. 

OPD said that preliminary investigation determines the injuries to be self-inflicted. However, it was revealed the victim was shot by an unknown suspect. 

No arrests have been made as of Sunday afternoon.
